Annual Fall Reception

All faculty, students, and colleagues from Duke, UNC, NCSU, and elsewhere in the area, are invited to the Annual Fall Reception hosted by Duke's Center for Medieval & Renaissance Studies. Because of all the budget-cutting that is going on everywhere, including at Duke, we will not be able to have this catered as in the past. But we will still have fun! The reception will be held at the home of Meg Greer, the CMRS director, from 5:30 to 7:30. Beverages will be provided, but we ask guests to bring a favorite hors d'oeuvre to share. The address is 3807 Churchill Circle, Durham (919) 489-2438. Directions will be sent out via e-mail. This is a great opportunity to greet familiars and meet new folks in a relaxed and festive social atmosphere.
