Completeness of editorial content

A manuscript submitted for publication should have no gaps of information or material to be added at a later time. Bibliographical information in note text should be complete.

For articles accepted for publication following revision, all substantive issues raised by the editor must be resolved so that no rewriting or additions will be necessary after the manuscript has been typeset.
