An exact electronic copy of the manuscript is to be submitted by e-mail attachment, or on a CD. Note that a file written with a MacIntosh program must be saved as a MS Word file for us to be able to work with it.

Attach a label on your CD or disk that includes your name, exact name and version of original word processing program used, and a list of filenames and their contents. If more space is needed, put this information on a separate sheet.
